Our Twilight Red Light Bulb is great to use before bedtime and is now available in a small edison screw fitting (e14) which is the perfect fit for most common lamps.

These bulbs feature our same proprietary spectrum technology to produce 100% blue light free, AND 100% green light free light with zero flicker and low EMF.

Green Is The New Blue

Green light is right next to blue light on the visible colour spectrum. Research shows that the range of light that interferes with our melatonin production extends from the blue range well into the green range. This is why our twilight red light bulb removes all green light as well, making it the ultimate light bulb to use before bedtime to ensure maximum melatonin levels.

    Third time lucky

    I got the wrong fitting not once but TWICE since i needed a small screw and not the large one - and definitely not the bayonet. I had to constantly email their customer service person Hannah who was endlessly patient with me and kind, and we got there in the end.

    It would be great if the website had a contact phone number though, because I sometimes missed out on deals/free postage etc while waiting for a reply.

    The bulb looks great and I can read by it which was my main concern. really hoping it improves my sleep!

    Bedroom lamp

    I use this in the bedroom lamp. I use it when nursing my baby. I leave it on most nights to keep an eye on the baby. Can sleep comfortable with it on all night. Perfect bedroom light.

    Nice night light

    Put them in our bedrooms. It doesnt jolt us back up when we turn on, the red light strangely soothing even for my kid with sensory issue.

    We love these bulbs. In the evening the warming red light is relaxing and calming. The perfect antidote to working on a blue screen for much of the day. And affordable too.

    Easy to fall asleep to

    My toddler doesn't want it completely dark when he falls asleep anymore, but he has no problem falling asleep with this light on. Neither do I! I've found myself fall asleep before he does.

    Incredibly effective

    The red light is a little freaky at first; takes some getting used to. We love it for falling asleep when reading in bed. Not recommended for any activity that requires identifying through color - ie matching socks!
