We bought the PRO panel and at first I was hoping to use it without the stand but the stand is an absolute must if you’re placing your light panel on the floor. It holds the light panel securely in place and slightly elevates it so the light itself isn’t directly on the carpet.

I did anticipate an effect on my sleep, but this surprised me. My HRV as measured with my Oura ring has been low for years. It always lowered my readiness score and I was repeatedly told to take it easy as my body had not fully recovered. This puzzled me as I am a very healthy 86 year old. I've been using the therapy panel for a month no and my HRV value are now above normal. There's been a big improvement on the appearance of sun damaged skin,
I'm convinced there will be other improvements, not so readily observed. The panel is a valuable addition to the maintenance of optimal health. Thanks to everyone at Blue Light.
