Blocking blue light from entering the eyes is only addressing part of the problem. When your skin is also exposed to blue light it can also disrupt your sleep and circadian rhythms. All LED downlights that are used in our homes are very high on the blue light spectrum, which tricks our brains into thinking it’s the middle of the day, making us wired and alert.     Great, lovely warm glow

    This light is so great. Emits a lovely warm glow, helping to ease our 3yrd old to bed. I purchased this light for our bathroom, but think we actually want a biolight in the bathroom as the warm light isn't suitable for the whole day (I thought it would be ok). We are going to purchase some biolights and use this light in our water closet.

    Also going to look into red light therapy products here too 👍
