Absolutely brilliant! Purchased my bulb a little over 2 weeks ago and I make sure to turn it on 30 minutes before I go to sleep. I’m finding that my nervous system feels more calm and getting sleepy a lot quicker. I have never had sleeping issues but definitely feeling a shift!! Thank you GUYS!!!

I had this on my registry! When the sun goes down, if I have the lights on my baby (2 months old) gets fussy. As soon as I switch to the red light, he calms right down. Overnight when I'm waking to feed / diaper change, I use the red light so my husband can sleep and the baby & I can more easily go back to sleep. It works so well. 10/10 highly recommend.
