I used to drape orange swaddles over the lamp by my bed when I had to turn the light on for night wake-ups with my little one. But this red light is amazing—so calming and easy on my eyes. Baby loves it too and sleeps deeper!

I used to put a red t-shirt over my lamp at night. But this bulb is much, much better, of course. I feel sleepy faster and reading on my phone doesn't last for long (I have a red filter), which is good!

I often read for a few minutes before sleep. This light is bright enough to read without needing blue light. Also, I’ve been recently adopted by a black cat. This light helps me to see him well till we settle in for sleep. No more poked eyes and ears!

I have the natural-sunset-amber 3-way bulb and that was nice but this red one is much more soothing on my eyes after the sun goes down, and I can still see everything. Note that it's 400 lumens
